1.About Darkan
Darkan is an independent 2D MMORPG project providing features including account creation, characters, progression, combat, exploration, and other gameplay elements.
2.Eligibility and User Account

Users must not deliberately share access in ways that compromise account security, other players, or Darkan services.
3.Google Sign-In
Darkan may offer a "Sign in with Google" option to streamline account creation and authentication.
When using this method, authentication is handled by Google services. Darkan never receives or stores your Google Account password.

4.Permitted Use
You agree to use Darkan lawfully and in accordance with these Terms, game rules, and applicable legislation.
The following are prohibited:
- intentionally exploiting vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches for unfair advantage;
- attempting unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, or systems;
- intentionally interfering with service infrastructure or availability;
- using malicious software, cheats, or unauthorized tools to manipulate gameplay;
- engaging in fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation;
- using Darkan for illegal activities.
5.In-Game Conduct
Players must refrain from behaviors that deliberately harm safety, game integrity, or the experience of other users.
Abuse, fraud, bug exploitation, harassment, or violations of applicable rules may lead to account penalties.
6.Game Security and Integrity
Darkan may employ mechanisms to detect fraud, exploits, unauthorized automation, client tampering, or other integrity compromises.
Bugs or vulnerabilities discovered must be reported through official channels and never exploited.
7.Account Suspension and Termination
Darkan reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts upon evidence of Term violations, fraud, service abuse, security breaches, or actions harmful to others or game infrastructure.
Measures taken depend on the nature and severity of the incident.
8.Account Content and Progression
Characters, levels, experience, items, virtual currencies, equipment, rankings, and progression elements are part of the game systems and may be modified for game balance, bug fixes, security, or continuous evolution.
9.Updates and Game Modifications
Darkan is under active development. Features, classes, skills, maps, monsters, items, rules, and systems may be added, adjusted, rebalanced, or removed over time.
Updates may require game client updates or temporary server maintenance.
10.Service Availability
We do not guarantee that Darkan will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, external factors, or security necessities may cause temporary downtime.
11.Intellectual Property
Original Darkan content, including name, visual identity, code, user interfaces, text, and elements created specifically for the project, is protected by applicable law.
Third-party libraries, assets, sprites, or tools remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licenses.
12.Third-Party Content
Darkan may utilize or integrate third-party technologies and services. The use of these services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those respective providers.
13.Privacy and Personal Data
The handling of personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy, including information about Google authentication, storage, security, retention, and data deletion.
14.Voluntary Account Termination
Users may request account closure via official Darkan support channels. Requests related to personal data deletion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant legislation.
15.Limitation of Liability
Darkan is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the service is free of defects or disruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory rights that cannot be legally excluded.
