One World, and a God at the Bottom of the Tomb
The separate maps became one world — and the Tomb of Kharum got its owner.
The zones stopped being loose maps: they were stitched into a single world, crossed on foot from one to the next, with no teleports in between.
Under the desert, the Tomb of Kharum got two floors and a chamber. Four braziers light as you step on them and break the seal to the floor below; three sarcophagi open by hand, and each one wakes a guardian. When the last guardian falls, the chamber door unlocks.
Behind it waits Anubis, with his vortex, his 1,200 health and 5,000 experience. The lever that opens his room only carries whoever is standing on the slabs — the group climbs on, one pulls, and everyone on the stones goes in together.
