Party & XP bonuses
Form a group of up to five players and combine classes for extra experience.
Forming a Party
Use another player’s menu to invite them. Only the leader can invite players to an existing Party. Both players must be alive, on the same map and within 8 SQMs. Invitations expire after 30 seconds.
A Party holds up to 5 members, including its leader. Members can leave, and the leader can remove another member. If the leader leaves, leadership passes to a remaining member. Fewer than two players dissolves the Party.
Who receives shared XP
At the monster’s death, each member must be alive, on the same map and within 18 SQMs of it. They must also have dealt at least 1 valid damage within the last 30 seconds. Staying idle does not guarantee XP.
The higher level may be at most twice the lower level when compared with the contributor representing the Party for that reward. For example, levels 100 and 200 pass; levels 100 and 201 fail that comparison.
Only eligible members count toward the bonus and the split. The Party’s base XP share comes from its accumulated damage under the KS system.
Class composition bonuses
Knight, Paladin and Mage are the three eligible classes. These compositions count eligible members, not everyone listed in the Party.
| Eligible members | Composition | XP bonus |
|---|---|---|
| 2 | Two different classes (1 + 1) | 5% |
| 3 | One of each class (1 + 1 + 1) | 10% |
| 4 | All three classes, one repeated (2 + 1 + 1) | 12% |
| 5 | All three classes, two repeated (2 + 2 + 1) | 15% |
| Other compositions | Including one-class groups or 3 + 1 + 1 | 0% |
Three-class example
An eligible Knight, Paladin and Mage Party receives 1,000 base XP. Its 10% bonus raises the pool to 1,100 XP, divided as 367, 367 and 366. Rounding extras rotate among members over successive rewards.
If KS awards the Party only 400 base XP, the same bonus produces 440 XP to share. It does not apply to XP allocated to other players.
Party loot rights
If the Party wins the damage contest, eligible members receive priority loot rights for 30 seconds. The XP bonus does not increase drop quantities or chances.
Party window
Drag the party window by its title or minimize it. Its position and minimized state are saved; restoring it shows the members and health bars again.
