KS: XP & loot rights
Valid damage determines experience shares and priority access to loot.
The last hit does not take everything
Each monster records each player’s effective damage during its current life. Damage beyond its remaining HP does not count. A player’s contribution expires after 120 seconds without new damage from that player.
When the monster dies, valid contributions are grouped by solo player or current Party. Base XP is split in proportion to each unit’s damage. Joining a Party does not create XP or multiply recorded damage.
XP split example
A monster awards 1,000 XP. If a solo player deals 60% of valid damage and a Party deals 40%, the solo player receives 600 XP and the Party receives a base share of 400 XP. The Party bonus applies only to its 400 XP, before sharing among eligible members.
Shares use whole numbers, with remaining points assigned to the largest fractions. Ties favor the earliest contribution. Rounding does not lose base XP.
Who can collect the loot
The unit with the highest total damage gets priority access to loot for 30 seconds. Equal damage favors the earliest contribution. For a winning Party, the right belongs to members eligible at that moment.
After 30 seconds, anyone can collect remaining drops. The last hit alone does not change priority. Ground gold is split into packs of up to 500.
Contribution and eligibility
Party XP requires presence and activity: alive, on the same map, near the monster and within the level limits. See the Party page for full requirements.
The server resolves rewards once per monster death. A valid solo contribution can still be credited to the saved character after disconnection.
